I've tested this on android 5. This crashed upon opening on android 6.
GNUzilla/Icecat/Iceweasel needs to be manually downloaded from gnu.org or its many mirrors. You can download it directly on your phone. And then run the .apk file. On the ftp server or website (mirrors), find the gnuzilla folder. Open the latest version. The .apk may not be there. So try one version down. Repeat until you find it. I found it a few version down.
It's one of the very few (four) android web browsers that don't track you down and send your usage information back to their spy centers.
Now if you really want to give all those spyware web browsers the finger, download orfox and orbot. That's the tor browser.
